6-week group program
You don't have to work on your dreams alone.
A selected group of ambitious women, and six weeks to get clear on what you actually want β not what you're supposed to want β and to start before you feel ready.
6 women. Not 60. β³ Applications close 25 October.
It's easy to spend years getting very good at your job and almost no time mastering yourself, the person doing it.
Yes, that's genuinely hard⦠so we don't. We reach for another book, podcast or short reel, anything rather than sit still with our own uncomfortable questions. And so the work that would actually move our career forward, with more ease, is the one we're happy to postpone forever.
Master yourself well enough to grow in your role, lead, and build the life you dream of: staying steady, adapting, choosing your path deliberately instead of running on autopilot.
And yet, as AI takes over more of our work, what is left is the part only a human can do.
This is not self-work for its own sake and it's definitely not soft. You are strengthening the foundation your whole career stands on.
You've tried this alone
You've probably already tried to do this work alone.
The reading, the webinars you half-watched while multi-tasking, the promise to yourself that this weekend you'll finally sit down and figure out your next move.
Alone
When you work on your dreams alone, it all stays about you. Your own thoughts and doubts, circling your own blind spots in the same head that created them. You can go deep, but you can't get outside it. Your bubble stays, well⦠a bubble.
In the room
But something changes in the company of other women. It's not magic but it feels magical. Someone builds on a half-formed thought you didn't think was worth saying and takes it somewhere you'd never have reached alone. You see yourself differently, and you start to see other people differently too. Your bubble expands.
Here you learn from yourself and from every other woman in the room: from what she has done, tried, and figured out, each doing her own deep work alongside you.
On the days the work feels heavy and you'd rather quit, they are the reason you come back. They won't carry you but for sure they will lift you up.
Six weeks, six layers
Over six weeks you go deeper, one layer at a time. Each week has its own theme, and each builds on the one before.
Your values & core compass
You'll learn what actually drives and informs your choices, so you're deciding and making tradeoffs on purpose instead of on autopilot.
Your inner critics
The voices (yes, there are more than one) that talk you down or quietly work against your best interests. You'll learn to see them in a new light and work with them instead of fighting them, so they stop running the show.
Your emotions, under the microscope and⦠welcome
You'll stop treating them as something to suppress at work and start reading them as the messages they are. And you'll find the pause between what happens and how you respond, where you truly lead yourself and others.
Your boundaries
You'll get clear on where you say yes, where you actually mean no, and how to hold a difficult line without guilt or over-explaining. The kind of clarity that stops the small "ok fine, I'll do it" from costing you your peace and your career progress.
Your confidence, always at hand
You'll come to see confidence for what it actually is: a state you can return to under pressure, not a performance you keep up or one more course to add to your list. And you'll build yours on something solid: an honest read of what you're genuinely good at and the value you bring.
Your future, designed not left to chance
Not something you wait to happen to you and accept, but a direction you choose and steer. You'll leave with clarity on where you're headed and the next moves to get there.
The "go to the gym" rule πͺ
You already know this one ποΈ β you can watch every video about getting fit, but the muscle only grows when you actually show up and lift.
The sessions are where you identify the muscle worth building and how to train it differently. The week between sessions is where you go and use it: have the slightly hard conversation, draw the boundary, catch the critics, sit with the emotion instead of reacting. That's the part that makes everything stick β and it's on you.
And then, the cherry on top π: two private 1:1 coaching sessions and a WhatsApp group π¬ that holds you between sessions.
Who you'll be doing this with

Lu
ICF-certified coach (ACC)
I'm Lu, and I spent two decades in tech, first building software, then leading teams, work I loved so much I'd lose myself in it for hours on end β€ (lunch often sacrificed).
What I didn't learn in time was how to do work I loved and still have a life outside it, so I don't burn out. And when I moved into leading people, I did it with no one to show me how, feeling like I'd been dropped in the sea and told to swim. (spoiler: I learned to swim but I also swallowed quite a bit of salty water.)
What I needed then, and couldn't find, was someone in my corner, without judgement: to think alongside me so I could see myself and my career clearly, steady myself under pressure, and turn what I was living as a sprint into a pace I could actually sustain.
So in my forties I started over and became the coach I needed, for women who want to build a career that's going somewhere and a life worth coming home to, at a pace that lasts. This time with a life jacket, a lifeguard and a lunchbox.
She has an amazing ability to hear what you're saying, make you feel understood, draw out what's there between the lines and gently push you beyond your comfort zone. Her understanding of the corporate world, mixed with her coaching skills was perfect for me as I was transitioning back into corporate after a career break. Thank you, Lu, for allowing me to take up space, see the value I bring and name what I need.

Andy
ICF-certified coach
Meet Andy. For more than two decades he led teams in the automotive industry across several countries and these days he coaches leaders around the world, with a focus on Europe and India (where he spent years living and working).
He won't pretend to know what your life feels like. What he brings is the view from the other side of the table, an instinct for how the people with the power actually think, and the mix of strategy and honesty to give you a plan when you need one, and to tell you, kindly, when a "wall" is real and when it's a story you've been hiding behind.
After all those years of high-stakes leadership, today the biggest threat to his focus is Kessy, his cat.
Andy has a remarkable ability to ask the right questions and create space for honest reflection. His guidance helped me gain clarity on several important areas of my life and thinking. I highly recommend working with him if you're looking to deepen your self-awareness and perspective.

Kessy Β· unscheduled guest
Kessy, the real boss π
She's the boss here. She has never once disrupted a session but reserves the full right to do so at the least convenient moment imaginable.
What changes
The real impact of the program will slowly trickle into your life months afterwards, in small everyday moments, until you realise you've become a different person. When we asked past participants what shifted for them, this is what they told us:
Self-trust,
so the doubt and the overthinking loosen their grip & when things get tense you think clearly and move while everyone else is still stuck. You become the calm one in the room, which, for the old you, might look like a small miracle.
Your worth, appreciated.
You know what you bring and what you're worth, so you ask for it in the performance review instead of waiting for someone to offer it. Which, honestly, they rarely do.
Clarity,
the kind that tells you confidently where you're going and what the next move is to help you design your career instead of reacting to whatever life throws at you.
Boundaries that hold.
The No that stays No without the guilt and the long explanations, so your best hours go to the "promotable" work that moves you forward.
Your energy & weekends back,
the stress staying at work instead of following you home, with you not running on empty all the time.
A toolkit that stays with you.
Practical tools you reach for in the tense or crucial moments that used to throw you off balance.

That call comes with no pressure to join. We just like to make sure the group is the right fit, both ways.
Questions you might still have
π° Is it worth 500 EUR?
Four cohorts of women have been through this program and told us, in their feedback and testimonials, that it changed how they work. Many expense the 500 EUR through their Learning & Development budget, which is exactly what that budget is for and usually resets at the end of the year. If that's not an option and the price is a real stretch, reach out and we'll explore options together, no worries.
I barely have time. Can I fit this in?
It's an investment of time as much as money, I won't lie: six weeks, two hours a week, with practice in between. And like any good investment, it returns more than it costs, later, in how you live and the opportunities that open up at work. We can work with you on finding a way to make it fit in your calendar so reach out for a short conversation, no strings attached.
Is this for me?
This program isn't about your level, your title or the past you carry with you. It's about building a better future from a different mindset sooooo⦠if you're ready to do the actual work and not just read one more book about it, it's for you. I have no doubt about it. And if you're unsure, I'm happy to answer your questions in a short call: no selling, I'm here to offer you more details than this page does.
I've tried things before and nothing stuck. Why would this be different?
Because reading about change does not bring change by itself. Sometimes doing the work alone, without structure, makes it harder to stay motivated & consistent. Each week you practise in the session, use it in your real week, and bring what you find back to the group. Six weeks doing this work is what turns an insight into how you actually operate and this is the kind of learning that actually sticks.
Thinking of pushing this to next year?
Next-year-you will be just as busy, and a little more tired. Take the step now.
Should I wait for the next cohort?
Maybe, if the day, the hour or the timezone doesn't quite work for you. Reach out and tell us anyway - we plan cohorts around the women who want in, so if a few of you share the same constraint, the next group can be shaped for it. Happy to!
Six weeks. Six women. Start before you feel ready.
